If you are taking a CDMA phone, you need not to check this thing.<br /><br />2) What is CDMA phone ?<br />Technically speaking it stands for <strong>Code Devision Multiple Access</strong><br />Lets understand it from a normal end user. <br /> a) It is a mobile phone with no sim !!!!! (at least in India but for the operators outside india it may have sim card for eg. <strong>Vodafone</strong> in UK)<br /> <br /> b) The network chip is embedded in the mobile itself while manufacturing. So you have to choose operator also..while choosing a mobile handset :). <br /> <br /> c) You will face lower number of network congestion problems with CDMA phone compared to normal sim free phone.
